Growing up as an ambitious young man in the Caribbean basically conditioned me to believe that success meant everything that I wasn’t. Success meant being foreign. It meant having rich parents, going to Ivy Leagues, being older, and a long list of other adjectives that didn’t describe me.

However, as I grew up and progressed through my career, I discovered so many ‘normal‘ people, just like me, who went on to do incredible things.

I started Mentors of the Caribbean for 2 reasons.

To highlight these individuals, so 14-year-old Kevin can know that people like him can also go far in life, and to learn directly from these people to find out how exactly they managed to crack the code, and how we can all do the same.
